Is an ideal spot for relaxation away from the clamor of the city. The cleanliness was commendable, and the host, Niccolo, provided excellent local recommendations. On the downside, the decor style could use a refresh for a more modern feel.

This b&b is near train station and easy access to everything in Florence the owner was very helpful the rooms are clean and we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends

Great terrace access for enjoying a morning cappuccino and evening wines with fine views.

Heating weak at times, and the veranda lacks shade during the day. Doors leading to the terrace can lock unexpectedly, leaving you stranded if someone shuts them from inside.

The location was handy for exploring this calm area, very close to the tram for the town centre and Florence train station, 3 minutes walking distance from closest bus stop. A few times I ate at Il Pane Del Mattino, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The shared terrace doors can lock unexpectedly, which left us stranded outside for a while when someone shut them from the inside.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, extremely friendly! The room was clean enough, with everything you would need for a short stay.

Even though it is quite close to the train station, the property is far from the center (around 30 mins walking). Bear in mind that this is a b&b located at the 6th floor of a building. All the rooms overview a terrace so you might have strangers sunbathing or having breakfast in front of your window. Also, it can get quite noisy, as trains run close by.

The room was nice cosy and offered shower facilities and a shampoo, so that guests had essentials. The view of the hills was MARVELLOUS, loved it.

The decor was overly busy, like they just threw things on the walls, not to mention the shower had terrible pressure. A little welcome gift or attention would have been appreciated as I certainly expected more than the average treatment, but alas, I just couldn't pretend it was all perfect.

Clean and comfortable, good price, friendly service, happy to come again and will recommend to friends!

Alessio and Matteo were excellent. Though this was a basic B&B, it had a huge terrace with excellent panoramic view of Florence. Matteo was very prompt in sharing contact numbers of cab service and suggestions on places to visit.

What a good experience! The friendly host was great. The rooftop terrace was perfect for winding down with a glass of wine after exploring. Conveniently close to transit, getting around was easy.

Very happy with our room, and the large balcony with sunbeds/chairs outside, sadly weather not good.

All good, it was a little further from station than expected but once know the way not a problem.

Very nice staff, good location, the room was very nice and big with airconditioning; we have got a good solution for parking (next to the hotel 10 eur/24 hours)
